Christ the King Sunday, the New Year's Eve of the Christian Calendar

This Sunday, Nov 21, 11:00 am, come celebrate Christ the King Sunday with us! What does this special day signify? With advent, the Christian year starts, and we begin a way of counting time that centers around our LORD. After Christmas, we follow Jesus through his life on earth, and his road to the cross, through the crucifixion and his Easter resurrection. We then receive the Holy Spirit with the disciples at Pentecost and walk the road of discipleship with the risen LORD with them. At the end of our cyclic Christ centered year we culminate with Christ the King Sunday, acknowledging Christ's reign and looking forward with hope to his return. https://www.presbyterianmission.org/.../christ-king.../
