August is an exciting month for our choir, and we can’t wait to share what we have in store!
We begin August with our full choir leading music at the communion service on August 2. We are especially thrilled to be accompanied by Libby Patton on the flute—we are so excited to have her join us for this special service!
As always, we love highlighting the diverse talents in our community. If you would like to share a musical gift—vocal or instrumental—please reach out to our Music Director, Steve Kennedy, at stvnkenn@gmail.com.
To wrap up the month, the choir will gather at the church for a Saturday retreat. We’ll be spending the day on Saturday, August 29, learning new music for the upcoming fall season as we prepare for Advent.
Even if you don't think you have a "soloist" voice, there is a spot saved just for you. Choral singing is all about community, fun, and making a joyful noise together. Come enjoy the fellowship and sing with us this season!
