Handel's Messiah Performance

Garvin County Choral Society will present Hope Springs Eternal, a perfect beginning to Holy Week, on Sunday March 29th, at 3:00pm at Pauls Valley High School auditorium.

The concert will feature Vivaldi’s La Primavera (Spring) Concerto with Dr. Yena Lee, violin, followed by Parts II and III of Handel’s Messiah, including the inspiring favorite "Hallelujah Chorus." Soloists are Christian Morren, soprano, Rebekah Ambrosini, alto, Joel Burcham, tenor, and Jeffrey Ambrosini, bass. Kathleen Carlton serves as conductor.

The concert will be a tribute to the memory of Dr. Jack Bowman, the Choral Society founder and former Director of Music at First Presbyterian Church.

Tickets are $20 each for adults, $15 for seniors and free for those under 18. Tickets are available at Pauls Valley Chamber of Commerce, 112 E. Paul Ave., 1:00pm to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, and online at http://garvincountychoralsociety.betterworld.org.
