Holy Week Update about Communion

Our community is in the habit of celebrating communion on the first Sunday of each month, but because it is Easter and there is a lot of activity both in and around the worship service, Session has decided to NOT serve communion on the first Sunday this month. We encourage you to attend the community Maundy Thursday service on Thursday, April 2 at 6:00pm. This service will be held at the First United Methodist Church of Pauls Valley, and is hosted by us, the First Presbyterian Church, in cooperation with our friends at the First United Methodist Church and the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). Communion will be served at this Maundy Thursday service.
