Library Re-Launch

Dear Presbyterian Church Family,

I would like to officially announce the re-launch of the church’s library. It has been organized in categories from History, Commentary, and Theology to Daily Devotionals and Prayers. We have a wide variety of books for every level of interest.

One of my latest finds is a book of daily reflections: "Day by Day with the Early Church Fathers" by Christopher Hudson. It contains short, insightful readings for every day of the year. I have enjoyed reading it in the morning with my cup of coffee.

There is also a section reserved for upcoming events in the church lectionary year. Currently, we have a selection of books about the Reformation and the beginnings of the Presbyterian Church. Reformation Sunday is the last Sunday of October. This day commemorates the day when Martin Luther presented his 95 theses about the church and its need to reform. This marks the beginning of the Protestant Reformation and laid the ground work for John Calvin’s writings, who played a significant role in shaping Presbyterianism.
