No In-person Worship on Sunday, January 25

Due to extreme winter weather including accumulation of snow and ice and extremely cold air temperatures with dangerous wind chills as low as -20°F, the session has decided to cancel all in-person worship at the church for this Sunday, January 25.

We care about you. We want you stay home and stay warm and not go out on icy roads to risk damage to your car or icy sidewalks to risk damage to yourself.

If, ahead of the storm, you need help getting to the store to get provisions, please call the church office to let us know. If, during the storm, you have problems staying warm, please call any of the elders and let us know. We will try to get help to you as we're able or at least try to get you moved to somewhere warm.

We are primarily communicating this information via this blog post and links to it on our Facebook page and in our Facebook group. If there's someone you know who might not be checking Facebook regularly, please spread the word and let them know.

Finally, the staff is considering options for a small, scaled-back live-stream or devotional blog post, so keep watching Facebook for options.
