October Is Pledge Month

Now's the time to consider making a pledge to support the ministry of our church. We traditionally do this every October as an early stage of our planning for the entire new year of 2027. Here's what to expect:

• You should have already received an inspiring letter from Kevin Readnour, our chair for the Stewardship Committee. Kevin points out that this pledge campaign supports our meaningful mission: "We are a family of believers bound by love and committed to carry out Christ's teachings through word and deed."

• The letter also included a pledge card. It provides information on "How to Pledge" and then asks you to determine your pledge. Choosing to pledge helps you stay faithful to your decision as well as helps the church accomplish its fiscal planning.

• Throughout the month, there will be reminders of this campaign so that everyone has an opportunity to commit.

If you commit to a pledge, we can help you set up an automatic draw from your bank if you desire. We will also send you quarterly giving statements to show the status of your commitment.

Your financial commitment goes a long way in ensuring various aspects of our ongoing life together in community: programming, building maintenance, events, leadership, utilities, spiritual curriculum, and so much more.
