Sing to Improve Your Health

Singers are some of the healthiest people. Singing helps strengthen the lungs and brings joy to the singer. What a great way to strengthen your breathing and bring new excitement to your life. Sunday mornings, sing the hymns at church! Perhaps even step out of your comfort zone and come to a choir rehearsal. We have fun on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm with the choir rehearsals.
